Pat Chun Tianding Sweet Vinegar, once called Tianding Sweet Vinegar is a sweet vinegar brand produced by Hong Kong food manufacturer Pat Chun Limited (English: Pat Chun International Limited).
The company originated from a shop opened in Fa Yuen Road, Hong Kong in the early 1930s. There are now a total of four specialty stores in HK, with the Central outlet on Wellington St.. They are famous for selling Chinese specialties, including Chinese New Year cuisine, Mid-Autumn Festival moon cakes, sticky rice dumplings for Dragon Boat Festival, and confinement diet like pig's feet and ginger.
