Pat Chun's Sweet Vinegar, once called Sweet Vinegar by Pat Chun is a sweet vinegar brand created by HK food manufacturer Pat Chun International Limited (English: Pat Chun International Limited).
The firm originated from a shop started in Fa Yuen Road, HK in the early 1930s. There are now a total of four specialty stores in Hong Kong, with the Central store on Wellington Street. They are renowned for selling authentic Chinese foods, including festive New Year dishes, mooncakes for the Mid-Autumn Festival, Dragon Boat Festival rice dumplings, and confinement diet like pig's feet and ginger.
