Pat Chun's Sweet Vinegar, previously called Tianding Sweet Vinegar is a sweet vinegar brand manufactured by HK food manufacturer Pat Chun Limited (English: Pat Chun International Limited).
The enterprise originated from a shop established in Fa Yuen Street, Hong Kong in the early 1930s. There are now four specialty stores in HK, with the Central store on Wellington St.. They are celebrated for selling authentic Chinese foods, including festive New Year dishes, mooncakes for the Mid-Autumn Festival, sticky rice dumplings for Dragon Boat Festival, and confinement diet like pig's feet and ginger.
